RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, you can return new and unused items within 60 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, less any shipping and processing fees. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a refund, items must have original manufacturer tags and identification stickers attached.

• Palmetto Moon reserves the right to refuse returns for customers with excessive returns or used items.

• Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer, following their policy. Please contact customer service for assistance.

• All returns must be sent prepaid and insured.

• For mail-in returns, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Select oversized items may incur an additional processing fee of up to $19.95. You can view all fees in the returns portal.

• Returns are free at any of our store locations. Find your nearest Palmetto Moon store to return your item in person at no cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

The quickest way to exchange an item and stay over the moon with your new selection is to visit your local store with the original packing slip. If a store visit isn't possible, you can return your item(s) via the returns portal and place a new order for your exchange.

DAMAGE POLICY:
